Fees follow the shape of the work: fixed project fees for audits, session fees for workshops, and per-brief pricing for cohort reads.
Rates below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit for work scoped from our Kuala Lumpur studio. Final quotes depend on platform count, language variants in onboarding, and how cleanly your event names map to each screen.

What moves a quote up

- More than two live language variants in the first-run path
- Missing event coverage that requires reconstruction from screen recordings alone

What stays out of scope on every rate card
Implementation inside your repository, paid media creative, and store listing rewrites. If those appear in a proposal from us, ask us to remove them — they are not part of this practice.
Deposits
Audits and retainers begin after a 40% deposit. Workshops are payable in full before the session date. See the refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
