Assessment Flow
A transparent map of how we move from your first note to a finished funnel critique.
The assessment flow is the spine of our flagship Onboarding Funnel Audit. Workshops and cohort briefs borrow pieces of it; they do not skip the need for a shared activation definition.
Intake & fit check
You send platform, markets, and a one-paragraph description of the stall you see. We confirm whether an audit, workshop, or cohort brief is the honest match — and decline work that needs engineering delivery rather than critique.
Materials locker
Read-only funnel exports, a staging build or complete screen recording, permission-string translations, and your current activation definition land in a shared folder. No production PII.
Cue-sheet reconstruction
We rebuild the first-run path as numbered cues: screen, event, user choice, failure path. Gaps in measurement are marked as gaps — we do not invent events you do not fire.
Midway challenge
A sixty-minute call tests our early ranking against your team’s lived knowledge. Mild disagreements are welcome; silent consensus is a warning sign we missed context.
Final briefing
Written audit plus a live walkthrough. You get ranked friction, rewrite guidance, and a short list of measurement fixes. One revision pass is included.
What you decide after the flow
Most teams either schedule an Activation Path Workshop to assign owners to the top cues, or wait for a release and book a Cohort Retention Brief. Either path starts with a normal contact note — no demo theatre required.
